Werknemers die in een kleine ruimte vaak nauw contact hebben met anderen, zoals in het onderwijs, zouden volgens de Gezondheidsraad in aanmerking moeten komen voor een griepvaccinatie. De Vereniging Hogescholen en de vakbonden hebben afgesproken dat de mogelijkheid voor werknemers om een griepprik te halen, wordt opgenomen in de Arbocatalogus hbo. Werknemers in het hbo die in kleine ruimte vaak nauw contact hebben met anderen, kunnen dus een griepprik krijgen op kosten van de werkgever. In praktijk zal dit gaan om een kleine groep, omdat mensen die tot een risicogroep behoren (boven de 60 jaar, diabetes hebben, een longziekte hebben etc.) al een gratis griepprik kunnen halen.
