Berichten over Cao en arbeidsvoorwaarden

De Algemene Vergadering van de Vereniging Hogescholen, het hoogste orgaan binnen de vereniging, heeft vandaag het onderhandelingsresultaat voor een nieuwe cao goedgekeurd. Op 13 juni 2024 bereikten de Vereniging Hogescholen en de vakbonden AOb, FNV, BO en CNV Onderwijs een akkoord over een nieuwe cao voor de periode van 1 juli 2024 tot en met 31 december 2025. Beide partijen hebben dit resultaat met een positief stemadvies aan hun achterban voorgelegd. Ook de leden van de vakbonden stemden in met het onderhandelingsresultaat.

Het concept-transitieplan van de sociale partners is afgerond. Op 1 januari 2027 zal het ABP overgaan naar de nieuwe pensioenregels. Werkgevers- en werknemersorganisaties, oftewel de sociale partners, bepalen hoe deze overgang plaatsvindt. Zij hebben de nieuwe regels nu vastgelegd in een concept-transitieplan. Dit plan bevat afspraken over hoe de pensioenregeling voor het ABP er vanaf 1 januari 2027 uit zal zien en hoe het ABP de overgang naar de vernieuwde pensioenregeling zal realiseren. Het plan is in nauwe samenwerking met het ABP opgesteld.
